1. Prohibited Academic Dishonesty

CreateMyQuiz is built to assist teachers and students in educational assessment. You are strictly prohibited from using this platform to facilitate cheating, plagiarism, or other academic fraud, including:

• Circulating live exam links or publishing assessment answers on public sharing sites.
• Attempting to bypass browser focus monitoring, timers, or anti-cheat features built into the exam interface.
• Masquerading as another student or submitting assessments on behalf of someone else.

2. AI Generation Abuse

Users of the AI-powered question generator must not attempt to bypass rate limits, perform bulk scraping of generated questions, or submit prompts designed to generate harmful, graphic, or inappropriate content. Abuse of the AI generation APIs may result in immediate rate limiting or account suspension.

3. Content Standards

You may not upload, create, or distribute content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
• Infringes upon copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Contains virus, trojan, spyware, or malicious files.

4. System Security

You must not attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the CreateMyQuiz platform, including:

• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of our systems.
• Initiating denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Accessing accounts, tokens, or sessions belonging to other users.

5. Enforcement & Suspensions

We reserve the right to review user content and activities. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to immediate content removal, suspension of subscription access without refund, or deletion of your account.
